Erick van den Bercken

I’m from Utrecht and have been working at Babel for 12.5 years. I’m bilingual in Dutch and English and work in English. As well as these two languages, I also speak Swedish, German and French. In my role as a trainer-developer, I design programmes, develop bespoke course materials and mainly deliver tailor-made courses, both one-to-one and to groups. My training courses combine academic and business skills, with intercultural communication also playing an important role.

In recent years, I have delivered courses for organisations including NOS, Heineken, Rabobank, Deloitte, Utrecht University, Nyenrode, Talent&Pro, ITV and ASR. My participants particularly appreciate the combination of language, culture and skills, as this adds significant value to the bespoke programmes at Babel.
