Want to join the training provider that brings people together?
Together with about 25 permanent colleagues and roughly 100 instructors, you’ll work every day toward the same goal: helping people grow in language skills, self-confidence, and connection with their community. At the same time, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, develop, and further your talents. Because just as we guide our students in their growth, we also invest in yours.
At Babel, language is more than just words
For more than 40 years, we at Babel have been working toward a single goal: connecting people through language. Not just by teaching words, but by fostering genuine understanding between people. In this way, we help our students find and use their voices. You can see how their self-confidence grows, both at work and in their daily lives.

Together, we make an impact through language
At Babel, you’ll work on language and communication courses that really make a difference. You’ll help ambitious students achieve their goals and have an immediate impact on their development. You’ll work alongside colleagues who take their work seriously and support one another.
You work in a goal-oriented manner
You’ll work toward clear goals and see the results of your efforts. At the same time, you’ll have the freedom to take the initiative and come up with smart solutions. In this way, you’ll contribute to learning programs that work and leave a lasting impact.
We are personal and committed
You’re not in this alone. We work together in an environment where everyone is valued. You connect easily with colleagues, share experiences, and work together to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
You’ll continue to grow in your profession
You actively apply your expertise and continue to develop yourself. You share knowledge, learn from others, and help shape an education system that works. This keeps you sharp and ensures you deliver quality you can rely on.
Our hiring process
Here’s what the application process at Babel looks like.
Please send your resume and a brief cover letter. We’ll review whether your experience and ambitions are a good fit for the role and our team.
During our first meeting, we’ll get to know each other better. We’ll discuss your background, your motivation, and whether Babel and you are a good fit.
In the second interview, we’ll discuss the position in more detail. We often ask you to complete a short assignment so we can see how you work.
Are we both excited about this? If so, we’ll make you an offer and work with you to plan your start at Babel. Welcome!
